Description In the UPPER WEST SIDE, NYC (Fully Remote PART-TIME Position): Our client - dedicated attorney with a fervent commitment to Labor & Employment rights, with a history of working on behalf of children with special needs in federal, state, and administrative venues; representing parents and caregivers in the pursuit of children's rights, etc. - is searching for an Attorney / Associate to support the firm with legal research and writing on a PART-TIME, fully remote project / contract basis. The ideal candidate for this role will bring at least three (3+) years of primarily FEDERAL litigation experience (civil) and be fully barred/licensed in New York (good standing, active). Note Special Education exposure is a major plus ("IDEA" / Individual with Disabilities Act, etc.) this role, as there are several litigation cases to assist on involving motion drafting. Significant exposure to Southern, Eastern or Northern District of NY Courts is highly preferred.
